A Uruguayan may own this friendly eatery on the square of Coyoacán, but all Argentine standards appear on the menu -- the scrumptious provoleta (grilled provolone cheese with oregano) among them. Entrevero is also one of the few restaurants in the capital where you will find good pizzas and gnocchi. The crema quemada (a version of crème brûlée) is sinful. Fair prices and the excellent location guarantee it's always busy, so arrive early on weekends.
