This chain of Pacific Coast–style seafood restaurants has branches in 11 states, yet it hasn't compromised on quality. The restaurant's crowning culinary glory is the pescado a las brasas, the freshest fish slowly grilled to perfection and seasoned with chipotle, soy sauce, and mustard. For whole fish, you'll be charged by the kilogram, so don't be surprised if prices vary.
