Money in Los Cabos

Mexico has a reputation for being inexpensive, but Los Cabos is one of the most expensive places to visit. Prices rise from 10% to 18% annually and are comparable to those in Southern California.

Prices in this book are quoted most often in U.S. dollars, which are readily accepted in Los Cabos.

Prices throughout this guide are given for adults. Substantially reduced fees are almost always available for children, students, and senior citizens.
