Fodor's Review:

The sky's the limit here at this out-of-this-world-inventive sushi den in the Tiendas de Palmilla shopping mall. Pair each of your selections with an exceptional wine or liquor, and let Chef Abel and Floor Manager Mauricio help you make the choices. Favorites include the lobster roll (with cilantro, mango, mustard, and roe) with a 2005 Chateau Montalena; lobster sambal (marinated in sake with soy, ginger, and garlic) with Kikusi sake; and the Hamachi belly cake and tuna tostadas with a Chilean Casas del Bosque Sauvignon Blanc.
