The uninhibited, or those who would like to be, will enjoy baring it all at Desire. The Web site tells it like it is: "Couples only, clothing optional, secluded ambiance, all inclusive." Accommodations are classy and sleek, the restaurants serve cuisines that range from Mexican to Asian (note: you're required to dress, nicely, for dinner), and there are naughtily themed nights, which suggest that you attend in costume. This is certainly a place to approach with the "What happens in Mexico, stays in Mexico" mantra.
