A newcomer on the beach in San José del Cabo, the exceptional Cabo Azul is still partially under construction, but you would never know it. Azul seems destined to be one of Los Cabos' top hotels, with the gorgeous Javier's Cantina & Grill in full operation. A Euro-style nightclub/lounge is planned for later in 2008. This hotel-and-time-share hybrid, despite the sophistication and elegance, has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere with spacious one- to three-bedroom villas and over a dozen giant penthouses. You'll find that most of the action is centered on the giant asymmetrical pool, with a swim up bar, and adjacent Flor de Noche Restaurant & Lounge.
