Fodor's Review:

This centrally located boutique hotel is close to everything: A 30-second walk to El Médano beach; three minutes to town and shopping; and a top restaurant/bar/lounge in-house, who could want for more? It's a cheery little thing, painted bright teal, with sweet furnishings, and a rather gaudy piano bar. Reasonably priced, Casa Rafael has only one setback; its ocean view was taken away by a towering neighbor.
