Nikki Beach
Nikki Beach Review
Undoubtedly one of the hippest places in Cabo, by day or by night, this restaurant by the pool of the ME Cabo Hotel is really more than just a place to eat—it's a chic and sophisticated scene in and of itself. Surrounded by chill music and many beautiful people, you'll be tempted by appetizers such as wild-salmon-and-crab cakes, fried octopus with wonton, and raspberry gazpacho. For dinner choose from chicken satay, seafood tabule, or pankoco shrimp with risotto, shiitake mushrooms, mango, and coconut. The restaurant turns into more of a club as the night goes on.
