La Casa Country
La Casa Country Review
If you're in the mood for a nice steak, and would enjoy a Mexican floor show to go with that sizzle, try La Casa Country. It's like a localized Ballet Folklorico in Cabo San Lucas. Come here for toothsome steaks, a wide variety of Mexican fare, and fun foot-stomping música in the evenings. If you come for lunch, don't arrive too early; it opens at 1 pm.

I was drawn in by the shrimp molcajete and skirt steaks tacos. I believe having travelled Mexico City that my favorite way to enjoy molcajetes is in a creamy pasta sauce and sauce should rightfully be prepared as a soup. However...the ambiance, service and quality of food was great. Huge portions on either of our dishes but loved that they let me watch the making of fresh corn tortillas and even offered to allow me to make one.
