Nikki Beach

Fodor's Review:

Miami meets Cabo at Nikki Beach. This restaurant, bar, and club has an over-the-top luxury feeling. If you've ever wanted to feel like you're in a music video this is your chance. White gauze canopies shade plush white sun beds and lounge chairs around swimming pools, while DJs spin all day long. Try the salmon and scallop carpaccio or cornmeal-crusted calamari.
