Good bargains can be found here—especially for groups. Most of the condos hold two bedrooms, but some have one, three, or five bedrooms. Only a few blocks from the town center and just a quick walk over to Playa Médano, this is a good spot if you like being close to the action. But be sure to ask for an "inside" garden condo, though, as the outside rooms are noisy, due to the never-ending construction and traffic in this, one of the busiest parts of town. You'll enjoy the affordable, homey Oasis Restaurant's seafood dinners. Reserve at least three months in advance for high season. Try to negotiate better rates for long-term stays.
