With 250 wines from all over the world, Sancho Panza has the best wine list in town. Vinos from Northern California, Oregon, Argentina, Australia, Chile, Italy, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, and yes, of course, even top Mexican wines such as Chateau Camou and Monte Xanic are available. Live blues or jazz fills the small bar every night. Though on the pricey side, the food is highly recommended. Sink your teeth into appetizers such as spring rolls or calamari soup; "Sancho" suggests the Mediterranean shrimp salad with feta cheese; and healthy eaters will love the thick, seared tuna steak and vegetables. Wine tastings are scheduled every Thursday evening, 7-8 PM. The bar is open nightly and closes when it closes.
