This large, multicolor all-suite resort complex on the beach looks a bit Las Vegas, even by Cabo standards, but it's got all kinds of activities and facilities, making it a great family vacation option. The quarters in the 98-suite Ridge wing offer eagle-eye views of both the marina and the Pacific beyond, and the mostly one- and two-bedroom suites are beautifully decorated with tasteful, modern Mexican decor. Calima Restaurant serves an excellent Sunday brunch with mimosas and crêpes. If you're looking for tranquillity, head to the adult pool beside the beach, but keep in mind that chairs and umbrellas go fast for those who want to tan with a view.
