Biking in Los Cabos

The Corridor

Bicycling isn't a major activity in Los Cabos. The lack of bike paths and the dangerous road conditions make it difficult to use bikes as a mode of transportation, and the summertime heat quickly saps your energy. Mountain bikes are available for rent from Desert Park (Cabo Real, across from Meliá Cabo Real. 624/144-0127. www.desertpark.net). Here there are some challenging and beautiful trails that are far from public roads. Bikes rent for $15 an hour and $50 a day.
