Costa Azul Surf Shop. For epic surfing tips, rentals, and lessons, head to Costa Azul Surf Shop. They have the best quiver in Los Cabos with over 150 hand-shaped boards from their popular Olea line. They also offer paddleboards, boogie boards, and snorkel gear. Lessons include transportation, the surfboard rental, a rash guard, and bottled water. Mike Doyle Surf School. The Mike Doyle Surf School is the top "surfer-friendly" location in all of Los Cabos. If you stay at the Cabo Surf Hotel where Mike Doyle's is located, you can check the surf conditions from the restaurant, bar, pool, or even from your balcony. The school has over 100 rental boards, from foam boards and short boards to long boards and stand up paddleboards. There are five surf instructors available at the shop for lessons.
