Owner Manuel Valdez's damiana margaritas (made with fine tequila, fresh squeezed lime juice, and damiana, a sweet liquer) and shrimp chiles rellenos have been a hit here since 1980. All ingredients are organic and locally grown -- so go on, order the chocolate cake mixed with flan and topped with an Amaretto-Kahlua chocolate sauce. Be sure to add your John Hancock to the others on the walls before you go.
