Fodor's Review:
In this elegant niche above the beach at Cabo del Sol, chef Volker Romeike blends Thai, Polynesian, and Chinese ingredients. He matches lobster with a vanilla-bean sauce, scallops with a sweet chili glaze, and the catch of the day with a Thai curry sauce. Soft jazz plays in the background, and the service is impeccable. Dress to impress.
