The Guerrero State Tourism Office is open weekdays 8-8 and Saturday 8-2. Staff there is generally less helpful than that of the Convention and Visitors Bureau, but it's worth a try. Ixtapa's Oficina de Convenciones y Visitantes is helpful with hotel and tour operator recommendations. It's open weekdays 9-2 and 4-7.
