With its sandy floors, rooftop terrace, and smooth jazz, this low-key eatery is a peaceful oasis in the heart of El Pueblo. Chit palms and ocean grape trees decorate the open-air restaurant, each branch wrapped in fairy lights and adorned with seashell lanterns. House specialties like T-bone steak and shrimp wrapped in prosciutto are smoked over a bed of coals and served with grilled vegetables and a baked potato. The menu also features more than 20 vegetarian dishes including
a tofu pâté, soy burgers, and a spinach salad. A complimentary glass of house wine is served with dinner, or you can opt for the two-for-one margaritas.
