Nightlife & the Arts in Isla Mujeres

This sleepy island has a surprisingly healthy nightlife scene, with a variety of options to choose from. Most bars close by midnight, but the party continues at the nightclubs until 2 or 3 am. The majority of venues are within downtown's four-block radius, with a few others along Playa Norte. The proximity makes barhopping on foot perilously convenient.
