Beginning at about 9:30 or 10 PM, expect waiters and diners to sing along with the mariachi bands at this touristy restaurant. The party continues until the wee hours of the morning. There's another show during the day, from 3:30 to 5:30. The menu emphasizes steaks, so you can order a T-bone, rib eye, or arrachera (skirt steak) served with guacamole, beans, and grilled chiles. A sizzling molcajete (a hot pot of shrimp, chicken, and panela cheese) is big enough for two people. Appetizer platters meant to share among two to six people include such exotic items as pickled pigs' feet and head cheese.
