This is the source for traditional Guadalajara street-stand fare. Tacos al pastor top the clean restaurant's menu, and come with every possible filling, including trompa (pig snout). Tortas ahogadas, quesadillas, and gringas (tortillas filled with cheese and meat) are also available.

Foods okay and it's cheap, but that's all. Better place is Taco Provencia in the Minervas section on Ruben Dario
