Monumento Los Arcos

Fodor's Review:

The double arches of this monument span Avenida Vallarta, a block east of Fuente Minerva. Reminiscent of the Arc de Triomphe, the neoclassical structure has an intriguing mural inside and a winding stairway to the roof, where there's a view of the fountain and the avenue below. Enter through the south leg, where there's a small tourist office.
