An old mainstay that's showing its years, this cafeteria-like eatery is a popular expat hangout. There's a well-kept salad bar and specialties from both sides of the border. On weekends people flock here for the fish-and-chips lunch special. This is a good place to start your day, as the reasonably prices breakfasts are served beginning at 7:30 am.
