Carlos 'n Charlie's and Señor Frog's are members of the Carlos Anderson chain of rowdy restaurant-bars that attract lively crowds. The Animal House ambience includes loud rock music and a liberated, anything-goes dancing scene that's especially attractive to the cruising set.
