This older inn on the downtown waterfront is reasonably priced compared to those right on the beach. Room 405 has a spot-on view of the ocean, and a few others have decent sea views from balconies. The least expensive rooms are small, with noisy air-conditioners and no balconies. Check out a few before settling in, and splurge on an oceanfront room if you can. Metal hurricane shutters on street-facing windows help cut the noise but make the rooms dark as night. Guests get a 15 percent dicount at Mr. Sancho's Beach Club.
