The Cozumel Country ClubF (Carretera Costera Norte, Km 5.8. 987/872-9570. www.cozumelcountryclub.com.mx) has an 18-hole championship golf course. The gorgeous fairways amid mangroves and a lagoon are the work of the Nicklaus Design Group and have been declared an Audubon nature reserve. The greens fee is $165 ($99 after 12:30 PM), which includes a golf cart. Many hotels offer golf packages here.
If you're not a fan of miniature golf, the challenging Cozumel Mini-Golf (Calle 1, Sur 20. 987/872-6570) might turn you into one. The jungle-theme course has banana trees, birds, two fountains, and a waterfall. You can choose your music from a selection of more than 800 CDs and order your drinks via walkie-talkie; they'll be delivered as you try for that hole in one. Admission is $7 for adults, $5 for kids; it's open Monday through Saturday 10 AM to 11 PM and Sunday 5 PM to 11 PM.
