Casa Carolina Review
This small hotel is a wonderful place to stay if you want to dive, snorkel, kayak, fly fish or just relax in one of the hammocks. Bob Villier and Caroline Wexler are gracious hosts. Rooms are spacious and decorated simply with colorful tiles and hand-woven blankets. Each has Wi-Fi, a collection of books, and a kitchenette, though you don't have to worry about breakfast, since it's included in the room rate and served in a palapa dining area. Despite the lack of air-conditioning, rooms stay cool with ceiling fans and the ocean breeze; the entire place operates on solar power and has 24-hour electricity.
