A sceney streetside bar attracting a well-heeled crowd is the front man for the breezy, open-air restaurant upstairs. The creative, oddball menu can't decide if it's Asian, Mediterranean, or Mexican, vacillating between tamarind salmon and sushi, lamb hamburgers and pork tacos. Most people come for the drinks, which include a famous cucumber martini.
