Since El Caballo Blanco can be accessed only by walking along the beach, there isn't much standing in the way of you and the ocean. This stark-white property—the tallest in Mahahual—also offers spectacular rooftop views. In addition to a queen bed and a futon (which allows them to comfortably sleep four), all of the rooms here have a hand-painted mural, air-conditioning, Sky TV, and a mini bar; the four rooms facing the water have balconies. This is the only hotel in town with strong water pressure, a rooftop pool, and a diner on the ground floor. Snorkel gear and kayaks are available on request.
