Modeled after the dock warehouses that have been converted into modern eateries in Argentina's Puerto Madero, this steak-and-seafood house gets rave reviews from locals. The grilled octopus seasoned with paprika is exceptional, as is the Alaskan halibut prepared with white wine, shallots, and fresh pepper. No matter what you order, request a side of soufflé potatoes (potatoes fried until they're puffed)—bite down and they crackle on your tongue. A new sushi menu lists swanky appetizers. Adding to the cosmopolitan ambience is a fun-loving staff, most of whom have been here over 15 years. If the restaurant is too loud inside, ask for a table outside on the patio overlooking the lagoon. Reservations are recommended on weekends.
