Fodor's Expert Review Laguna Suites Golf & Spa

Framing the fairway of PokTaPok Golf Course, this tranquil resort is comprised of 12 white-stucco buildings, each housing four spacious suites that are ideal for families or groups. The suites come equipped with kitchens, dining areas, and living rooms with 42-inch flat-screen TVs and pull-out couches. Centering the grounds are a sundeck, large pool, and swim-up bar. The spa is rather small but offers plenty of services (including couples' massages), and there's a rooftop Jacuzzi overlooking the sprawling greens. Note that only six rooms have lagoon views, and the closest beach is a 20-minute walk.
