Mesón del Vecindario Review
This sweet little restaurant, tucked away from the street, resembles a Swiss A-frame house. The menu has all kinds of cheese and beef fondues along with terrific salads, crepes, lasagna, vegetarian empanadas, and baked goods. Homemade desserts include flan, brownies, and a flaky apple strudel. Popular with El Centro locals is the daily buffet offered from 1 to 5. This is one of the few restaurants in El Centro that has patio seating with a view of trees.
