Hilton Cancún Golf & Spa Resort Review

The Caribbean plays a central role at this resort, with ocean views from all standard guest rooms and junior suites. Set amid 150 lush acres, the tropical setting, with palapa huts and poolside hammocks, is luxurious without seeming overly ostentatious. The landscaping incorporates a series of lavish, interconnected swimming pools that wind through palm-dotted lawns, ending at the beach. Airy and vibrant, the rooms are pristine white with a splash of turquoise to match the sea. Some of the villas, however, offer only garden views, so make sure to specify oceanfront when booking. Guests who want to get more intimate with nature can participate in the resort's turtle-release program or work on their swing at the resort's championship 18-hole, par-72 course, where crocodile sightings are frequent. For the ultimate in pampering, the hotel's spa features a Zen-garden hot tub, a bamboo relaxation lounge, poolside yoga, and massages on the beach. The children's activities cost $45 for a full day, $32 for a half day, or $10 per hour.

This hotel was a fantastic chioce for our 20th anniversary. It is gorgeous and is the perfect location. Unlike many other hotels in Cancun that lost the beach with Wilma, the Hilton still has a very nice beach. The pool is amazing and the hotel is beautiful. The staff went out of their way to be very friendly and helpful. In addition we ate the best meal of our trip at the hotel restaurant Mitachi right on the beach. Weve been to a lot of very nice hotel and this is one of the best. You will not be disappointed. Plus it is very close to the bus route to take you to the action and shopping in town

The place is great, service is excellent, they serve good food at the seaside grill, but rooms are noisy... Compulsory wake-up every morning at 6.30, and no siesta allowed!

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights in one of the beach front Villas in late January. Room was very nice with a good sized bath. Service was excellent with plenty of towels, etc. Included full service breakfast and coctails in the evening was excellent. Breakfast included eggs, sauceage, bacon, french toast, with plenty of cereals, fruit, and pastry. Service is great - they can't do enough for you. Only negative is the beach was a bit rough unless you're a strong swimmer. Pool area is large with plenty of room. Hotel food for lunch or dinner is "Better than Normal Hotel Food". Highly recommend "LA Habichuela" in Cancun Center and the "La Dolce Vita" Hotel Zone for dinner out dining.

This is a must stay hotel in cancun! Beautiful pools, rooms and service. My husband and I took our 1 year old and had a blast for 8 days! Staff is very friendly and playful with children. Gym is very nice as well, with yoga every morning at 8 am! Mucho Bueno!
