This small, well-kept hotel has a decent-size pool surrounded by wrought-iron patio furniture, and a cozy lobby bar where you can hang with locals. Each room has wood furniture, one or two double beds, a sink area separate from the bath, and tile floors. The quietest rooms face the pool—avoid the noisier ones overlooking Avenida Tulum. The lobby bar is a great place to practice Spanish.
