Rolandi's. A Cancún landmark for more than 25 years, Rolandi's continues to draw crowds with its scrumptious wood-fired pizzas. There are 20 varieties to choose from -- if you can't make up your mind, try the one made with Roquefort cheese. Homemade pasta dishes are also very good.
