With 119 rooms, the Oasis América is one of the largest hotels downtown. And unlike the other Oasis properties in Cancún, most of the guests are business travelers or part of tour groups. Rooms are average size and all except the ones on the sixth floor have small balconies. A great feature is the small spa, which is shared with the neighboring Sens hotel (also an Oasis property). Guests that purchase the all-inclusive package are allowed access to the Oasis Palm Beach and Oasis Cancún hotels in the Zona Hotelera.
