The dining room here is romantic and quietly elegant—with rich wood, fresh flowers, crisp linens, and courtyard views—and the classic dishes have a distinctly Mexican flavor. The contemporary menu changes every six months, but might include starters like caramelized scallops and lobster cream soup, or main courses like chipotle-roasted duck or grilled Chilean sea bass. The tasting menu offers a small selection of all the courses paired with wines and is followed by wickedly delicious desserts. Reservations are recommended.

If you are a foodie and enjoy a complete dining experience of great food, drinks, wine, service, and atmosphere, this place is it in Cancun. You will not find a better restaurant in Cancun. It makes my top 10 list and I have tasted several Michelin stars in my life. It will set you back some cash but it is worth it.
