Cenacolo Review

Reliably good pizza and pasta, handmade in full view of patrons, have made this fine Italian restaurant a favorite. Appetizers include beef or octopus carpaccio that practically melts in your mouth and a light calamari. There are more than 15 pasta dishes to choose from, including a delicious lobster ravioli filled with ricotta cheese and served in a white-wine sauce. One of the restaurant's best features is its extensive wine cellar. Although it's inside a mall, the restaurant's main dining room is elegant, with stained-glass panels on the ceiling and live piano music.

We just returned from Cancun and we also had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. The service was world class(down to aerating the wine into a swan decanter),the table ware is elegant,and the food!!!. Their home made pasta is improbably good(who would expect pasta like this in Mexico)the prices are very reasonable. This restaurant deserves to be recognized as outstanding

Ok folks, here is the real story. I am very critical of resturaunts and I just came back from what was without question the best italian meal I have had in decades. Cenacola is my new favorite for hand made Italian cusine. From the time we walked in, the place was 100% class. Atmosphere, Service and Food Quality are beyond question and a must try in Cancun.

I am actually italian, honestly I never thought I could have found such a good italian restaurant in Cancun!!!! I absolutely loved it!!
I got the Spaghetti ruota style ..... and it was just amazing!!!!! I wanna go back to Cancun just to go back to this restaurant.
The restaurant was full, we went with no reservation and they gave us a table right away. Great service, great food, great athmosphere and very nice restaurant!!
HIGHLY recommended!!!!

The restaurant was nice, but the wait staff seemed very rushed and our service was very slow. Food was good and so was wine list.
