Yucatecan cuisine reaches new and exotic heights at this Mayan-theme restaurant, with fabulous dishes prepared by chef Elviro Pol. The papadzules—tortillas stuffed with eggs and covered with pumpkin sauce—are a delicious starter; for an entrée, try the poc chuc, tender pork loin in a sour orange sauce or Longaniza de Valladolid, traditional sausage from the village of Valladolid. Finish off your meal with some guayaba (guava) mousse, and Xtabentun-infused Mayan coffee makes for a happy ending. You may want to linger and enjoy the trio that performs traditional Mexican music here.

We had a wonderful, flavorful meal - starting with the delicious pumpkin tortilla dip. This was followed by poc chuc (marinated pork),empanadas, and fresh fish (veracruz). We topped off the meal with bananas foster made table-side and coffee. They need to fix their roof, so be warned if you're there on a rainy night.

We were amazed at what a good deal dinner is at Labna. Food is very good and additionally different from what you can find on other menus. Wait staff goes above and beyond. Between the quality of the food and the prices, we'll be sure to return.
