Hotel Colonial

Fodor's Review:

A charming fountain and garden are at the center of this hotel's colonial-style buildings. Rooms are simple but comfortable, each with a double bed, shelves, and decent-size bathroom. Not all have air-conditioning, however, so make sure to specify when you book the room. What it lacks in luxury it makes up for in value and location; you are five minutes away from all the downtown concerts, clubs, restaurants, shops, and attractions. Sheltered from the bustle of downtown Cancún, the hotel is on a pleasant pedestrian-only street that's lined with great places to eat.

  • Hotel Details: 46 rooms
  • In-room: no a/c (some), no phone.
  • In-hotel: Internet terminal, no-smoking rooms.
  • Credit Cards: MC, V
