Banco Santander (López Mateos, Col. Centro. 635/456-0060). The Banco Santander Serfín is open weekdays 9-4. The ATM sometimes runs out of cash, so use it during bank hours so that you can have a back-up plan. This is the only ATM between Cuauhtémoc and El Fuerte.
