Catedral de Nuestra Señora de la Paz
Catedral de Nuestra Señora de la Paz Review
The downtown church, Catedral de Nuestra Señora de la Paz, is a simple, unassuming stone building with a modest gilded altar but beautiful stained-glass windows. The church was built in 1860 near the site of La Paz's first mission, which no longer exists. The two towers of the present cathedral were added a half-century later.
