You'll find a creativity running through the designs and unique pieces at this little shop. Necklaces and bracelets incorporate pieces of Mexican tile and miniature kitchen utensils like mutates (grinding stones) and molinillos (whisks for chocolate). In addition to jewelry and crafts, the shop carries bottles of local mescal and perfectly spiced sal de jumil, seasoning salt made from a local insect. Above the shop there's a small school. You can sign up for a class at the Escuela de la Platería Maestros de Taxco (Taxco Master's Silversmithing School), where some of Taxco's most experienced silversmiths teach jewelry making.
