A line often goes out the door at this popular seafood restaurant on the second floor of El Tropicano Hotel. If you get a table by the window, you'll have views of the bustling Costera below. Most dishes, including the popular filete habañero (tilapia bathed in a creamy chili sauce), come accompanied with beans or rice and handmade tortillas.
