Fodor's Review

In the thick of the main shopping and restaurant district, this hotel is popular with tour groups and singles. It has a lively lobby bar and is on Playa Condesa, one of the most popular beaches in town. Pastel-color rooms have light-wood furniture and tile floors.

Great location, but don't expect to sleep!

The Fiesta Americana is a nice, clean, well-kept hotel on the main "drag". If you enjoy bars, dancing, and being in the middle of the action, you'll love the location. If you're looking for a romantic, quiet getaway, look elsewhere. I was very pleased with the service and condition of the hotel, however food and drinks at the hotel are very expensive compared to places off the premises (as is to be expected).

The View Will Knock Your Socks Off

This hotel has a perfect setting. It's convenient to restaurants, shopping, all the action, but what I loved the most was the fantastic view. Our balcony seemed to hang out over the ocean with a gorgeous view of the curving beach, rocks, and high rise hotels. I felt like I was in Rio! The pool also is and "infinity" pool where I stayed for hours looking out over Acapulco Bay. I had no complaints at all about the food or service. The Condesa

is a wonderful place to stay!
