Malecón Review
A stroll by the docks will confirm that Acapulco is a lively port. At night Mexicans bring their children to play on the tree-lined promenade. Farther west, by the zócalo, are docks for yachts and fishing boats. Vendors sell bait and even simple handmade fishing poles (a line attached to a bit of wood) for about a dollar if you'd like to stop and fish off the dock.
