Spring Hotel Review
Most rooms here face a pleasant courtyard with cast-iron tables and chairs and lots of greenery. Several on the 2nd floor share a balcony that overlooks the avenue. A small café behind the courtyard is a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city. Next door is a refuge for street children, so keep your eyes open for those tempted to pickpocket a less-than-alert tourist. Pros: lovely courtyard, friendly café. Cons: street noise.
