Fodor's Review:

Your first just-inside-the-gate glance here is the parking lot. Keep your disappointment in check, however. Loveliness lurks behind this rambling, ochre-colored building's front door. The six room offerings are a mix-and-match affair, and each is decorated differently. The largest contains a fireplace, whirlpool tub, glassed-in shower and huge walk-in closet. The two smaller suites have their own patio, and the sole 2nd-floor room comes equipped with kitchen and private dining balcony; the volcano views are stupendous. Common to all are colonial paintings, cedar beds, tables, and marble or stone-and-bronze floors, all set among elegant common areas such as the three sitting rooms (each with fireplace) and a rushing fountain in a beautiful garden. Pros: great views, many amenities. Con: several blocks from city center.
