Ocean Safaris. Local marine conservationist and dive master Shawn Larkin offers eco-sensitive tours doing just about anything you can think of in or above the water, including his signature Super Ocean Safari ($150 per person, four-person minimum), which can include underwater photography, snorkeling, free-diving, scuba-diving, sea-kayaking, or just staying on the boat as he locates dolphin mega-pods. Private tours, for up to 8 people, cost $750. Larkin can also arrange an aerial photo tour for up to four passengers ($800 for one hour), flying in a Cessna with the door open, over the ocean in search of dolphins and other bird's-eye photo opportunities.
